PURCHASING

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and payments made through PayPal.

Will sales tax be charged?
Sales tax will be assessed on purchases shipped to Washington state.

I ordered the wrong size/color by mistake.  Can I edit my order?
No, we are sorry, changes to orders can not be made after it's been processed.  Please be sure to check your order entirely before submitting.  You may cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet.  Check your account to see the status of your order and then email our customer service at info@tandjdesigns.com with your order number and request to cancel.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping.

Can I purchase a gift certificate to your site?
Yes, select the “Gift Certificate” link along the bottom of the site and we will email your gift card to your recipient. 

I received a gift and I want to exchange it for something else. What do I do?
Email us at info@tandjdesigns.com with the order number and name of the item along with a note that you would like to make an exchange. We will send you full instructions on how to send back the item and receive store credit.

Do you work with bloggers and youtube reviewers for your products?
We do!  Bloggers and youtubers that would like to partner with us, please fill out this form here and we'll get back to you if your blog/channel fits our needs.

OTHER COMMON QUESTIONS

Can I apply two promotion codes to one order?
We only allow one code per order.

Can I apply a gift certificate and a coupon code to one order?
Yes, please enter your gift card code and promo code in the respective boxes at checkout.

Can I apply a coupon code to my store credit?
Yes.  At checkout you will have the option to apply your store credit to your order as part of your payment.  To apply the promo code, please enter the promo code in the box at checkout. 

I’m sensitive to some jewelry. Is your jewelry lead-free and nickel-free?
Yes, all jewelry on our site is lead-free and nickel-free. 

Do you have a store location that I can visit?
We do not have a physical location but T&J Designs is carried in 300 boutiques around the US.  If you'd like to know a store near you that carries our line, please email info@tandjdesigns.com.

Where are the t+j Designs offices located?

We are located in Chicago and Seattle.

Will items that are sold out be re-stocked?
Most of our items are made in very limited runs as we design them but we do backorders. If you are interested in a sold out piece, email us at info@tandjdesigns.com with the item name and we will try our best to get you the item.

I need advice on a gift or a piece for an upcoming special event. Can you help?
