What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and payments made through PayPal.
Will sales tax be charged?
Sales tax will be assessed on purchases shipped to Washington.
SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
How much is shipping to the US and Canada?
$5 flat rate or free shipping for orders $20 or more if shipped within the US via First Class Mail. $6 for Priority Mail within the US.
$8 flat rate or free shipping for orders $50 or more shipped to Canada via First Class Mail. $20 for Priority Mail to Canada.
How much is shipping internationally?
$24 everywhere except Mexico ($20)
Please note that International buyers are responsible for duties and customs fees. We are also not responsible if customs retains damages, opens or steals your package.
How long does shipping take?
Items will be shipped within 2-4 days of placing the order. US orders should arrive 3-5 business days after the ship date, while international orders may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
How can I track my order?
While we do not use order tracking, we provide delivery confirmation numbers for Priority Mail shipments. You can locate this in your account order details or in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to register in the USPS tracking system.
We are unable to track shipments for international orders based on the USPS tracking systems. Any loss of order is the customer’s responsibility.
Do I need to sign for my package?
No, unless otherwise stated, your package will be mailed directly to the address provided without signature required.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping.
Can I purchase a gift certificate to your site?
Yes, select the “Gift Certificate” link along the bottom of the site and we will email your gift card to your recipient.
I received a gift and I want to exchange it for something else. What do I do?
Email us at email@example.com with the order number and name of the item along with a note that you would like to make an exchange. We will send you full instructions on how to send back the item and receive store credit.

Can I apply two promotion codes to one order?
We only allow one code per order.
Can I apply a gift certificate and a coupon code to one order?
Yes, please enter your gift card code and promo code in the respective boxes at checkout.
Can I apply a coupon code to my store credit?
Yes. At checkout you will have the option to apply your store credit to your order as part of your payment. To apply the promo code, please enter the promo code in the box at checkout.
I’m sensitive to some jewelry. Is your jewelry lead-free and nickel-free?
Yes, all jewelry on our site is lead-free and nickel-free.
Do you have a store location that I can visit?
Our merchandise is sold only online.
Where are the t+j Designs offices located?
We are located in Chicago and Seattle.
Do you sell wholesale?
t+j Designs sells exclusively retail merchandise.
Will items that are sold out be re-stocked?
Most of our items are made in very limited runs and will not be re-stocked. If you are interested in a sold out piece, email us at email@example.com with the item name and we will try our best to get you the item.
