t+j Designs offers FREE shipping and returns on all orders $100 or more within the US!
FREE flat rate shipping on every order $20 or more within the US.
Please note the following timelines and fees: (shipping times do not include processing time)
Standard $5/FREE for orders over $20 - up to 7 business days
Priority $10 - 2-3 business days
adding insurance is separate and must be purchased by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
DHL Express - $27 - 2-3 business days
DHL Express - $35 - 2-3 business days
DHL Express - $40 - 2-3 business days
You are responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties and all other charges that may be imposed.
DELIVERY TIME & ORDER STATUS:
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 4 DAYS (excluding weekends and holidays) TO PROCESS AND SHIP YOUR ORDER. When we have processed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with delivery information. t+j Designs can not be held liable for delays in which are beyond our control. Orders placed on weekends and national U.S. holidays will be processed on the following business day.

CHANGES CAN NOT BE MADE ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
It is solely the buyer’s responsibility to supply a correct address. Even slight errors such as an incorrect zip code or apartment number may delay or prevent your item from being delivered. Please contact us immediately if an incorrect address was given and we will do our best to correct the matter. If your order has already been shipped, we are not liable or responsible for any issues that may arise such as misplacement, theft or delay. CHANGES CAN NOT BE MADE ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
For international orders, if the item is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address it will take 1-3 months to have the item returned back to US.
No refunds will be given to items mailed to an invalid address. A fee may be charged to re-ship the package to a correct address. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
SALE and FLASH SALE: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. If the item you received is defective, it is eligible for store credit or replacement only.
REGULAR PRICE: We accept returns up to 14 days of receipt for refunds. Please email email@example.com for further instructions on shipping the item back to us and to obtain a merchandise return form. Items must be unworn and in the condition it arrived in. A return will not be accepted without a completed return form. After the 14 days of receipt and up to 30 days, we accept returns for exchange or credit. Buyers are responsible for the postage back.
U.S. ONLY: For orders $100 or more, please email us with your return request and we will provide you a pre-paid return label.
For orders under $100 and international orders, you are responsible for costs associated with shipping packages back to us.
Once the return is received refunds may take up 10 business days to be credited back. All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
APPAREL: No returns on items that have been worn or washed. Wash instructions are included in all apparel and must be followed in order to maintain the best condition. If item has been tried on and has make up on the item, the item will not be accepted as a return and will be sent back to you.
Refunds will be credited to the same card used to make your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The original shipping fee ($5 US) will be deducted from the refund for any order which included free shipping. Please allow 5-7 days for your refund to be processed. Depending on your credit card company's processing times, it can take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
IF RETURNS/EXCHANGES ARE FROM OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS BACK TO T+J DESIGNS.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, color), you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide a photo of the defect. We will then determine if you are eligible for a full refund, exchange or credit and we will provide you with a prepaid label. After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 14 or 30 day policy described above. Damaged items must be unworn, repacked in the original packaging it came in.
Please email us with the your order number, a description of the damage, and a photograph of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All processed orders will have a tracking number emailed to the email address used on your order. Please track your order on USPS.com or DHL.com for international shipments. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If the tracking number shows that the item has been delivered, we ask that you contact your local post office about the delivery. If the tracking number shows that it has not been delivered but it's been over 7 days since we shipped, please contact us at email@example.com and a member of our team will get back to you.
PRICING AND PROMOTIONS:
We reserve the right to adjust the pricing of our items at anytime, without any notice. Sales, coupon codes or promotions can not be applied retroactively to orders once purchased.
Only one coupon code can be used per transaction.
Sales tax applies to all Washington residents.
Gold plating does not last forever. Please handle the jewelry with care by storing neatly and keeping away from perfume, hair styling products and body lotions. Some people’s natural body chemistry or place of habitation may oxidize or change the color of the plating. Do not wear your items in the shower, to the gym or the beach. Unfortunately because of the personal nature of jewelry being worn, we can not give refunds or exchanges due to tarnishing after 30 days of your order.
Follow wash directions as labeled on the item. Please note we do not accept any returns after an item has been washed or worn.
