U.S. AND CANADA: t+j Designs offers free flat rate shipping on every order $20 or more within the US and $50 or more within Canada. Other options for shipping: flat rate shipping fee of $5 or priority for $7 within the US and flat rate shipping fee of $6 or priority for $20 within Canada.

U.S. priority shipping – 2-3 business days
Canada flat rate shipping – up to 15 business days

INTERNATIONAL: Shipping options for international are as follows: $10 for first class or $24 for priority shipping.

It is solely the buyer’s responsibility to supply a correct address. Even slight errors such as an incorrect zip code or apartment number may delay or prevent your item from being delivered. Please contact us immediately if an incorrect address was given and we will do our best to correct the matter. If your order has already been shipped, we are not liable or responsible for any issues that may arise such as misplacement, theft or delay.
For international orders, if the item is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address it will take 1-3 months to have the item returned back to US.

Lead times vary depending on items purchased. Items in stock ship within 2-4 business days. When we have processed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with delivery information. t+j Designs can not be held liable for delays in which are beyond our control. Orders placed on national U.S. holidays will be mailed on the following business day.

SALE: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
REGULAR PRICE: We accept returns after 14 days of receipt for refunds. Please email email@example.com for further instructions on shipping the item back to us. After the 14 days of receipt and up to 30 days, we accept returns for exchange or credit. You are responsible for costs associated with shipping packages back to us
A $5 non refundable fee will be deducted from the refund total for processing and shipping.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt to report damage for a full refund, exchange or credit and we will provide you with a prepaid label. After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 14 or 30 day policy described above. Damaged items must be unworn, repacked in the original packaging it came in.

PRICING AND PROMOTIONS: We reserve the right to adjust the pricing of our items at anytime, without any notice. Sales, coupon codes or promotions can not be applied retroactively to orders once purchased.

Gold plating does not last forever. Please handle the jewelry with care by storing neatly and keeping away from perfume, hair styling products and body lotions. Some people’s natural body chemistry or place of habitation may oxidize or change the color of the plating. Do not wear your items in the shower, to the gym or the beach.
