FREE Shipping on U.S. Orders $20+

We are so excited you are checking out this page as this means you want to get your goods as soon as you can. Please allow us up to 4 DAYS (excluding weekends and holidays) TO PROCESS AND SHIP YOUR ORDER.  When we have processed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with delivery information. MOST ORDERS go out within 1-2 days from payment authorization. Orders placed on weekends and national U.S. holidays will be processed on the following business day. T&J Designs cannot be held liable for delays in which are beyond our control. For a time specific estimate, please email info@tandjdesigns.com

  • $10 Priority - 2-3 business days

CANADA SHIPPING:

  • DHL Express - $27 - 2-3 business days

INTERNATIONAL:

  • DHL Express - $35 - 2-3 business days

Australia:

  • DHL Express - $40 - 2-3 business days

You are responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties and all other charges that may be imposed.

Changes cannot be made once the order has been processed.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION

It is solely the buyer’s responsibility to supply a correct address. Even slight errors such as an incorrect zip code or apartment number may delay or prevent your item from being delivered. Please contact us immediately if an incorrect address was given and we will do our best to correct the matter. If your order has already been shipped, we are not liable or responsible for any issues that may arise such as misplacement, theft or delay.  CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED.

For international orders, if the item is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address it will take 1-3 months to have the item returned back to US.

No refunds will be given to items mailed to an invalid address.  A fee may be charged to re-ship the package to a correct address. Contact us at info@tandjdesigns.com for more information.

TRACKING INFORMATION:

All processed orders will have a tracking number emailed to the email address used on your order.  Please track your order on USPS.com or DHL.com for international shipments.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.  If the tracking number shows that the item has been delivered, we ask that you contact your local post office about the delivery.  If the tracking number shows that it has not been delivered but it's been over 7 days since we shipped, please contact us at info@tandjdesigns.com and a member of our team will get back to you.

RETURNS

We are sorry to hear the item did not work out for you. Here’s the good news we can help you exchange or refund you anything easily.

Details to note, anything worn, washed, with makeup or damaged after receipt will not be accepted for return. These items will be sent back to you.

REGULAR PRICE:  We accept returns up to 14 days of receipt (day tracking says delivered). Please email info@tandjdesigns.com to obtain a merchandise return form and receive further instructions.  Items must be unworn and in the condition it arrived in.  A return will not be accepted without a completed return form. After the 14 days of receipt and up to 30 days, we accept returns for exchange or credit.  Buyers are responsible for the postage back for orders under $100. 

Returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $6, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

SALE & FLASH SALES: All sale items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt. Please email info@tandjdesigns.com to obtain a merchandise return form and receive further instructions

RETURN LABEL FOR ORDERS $100+ (U.S. ONLY): Please email us with your return request and we will provide you a pre-paid return label.

For orders under $100 and international orders, you are responsible for costs associated with shipping packages back to us.

Returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $6, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be credited to the same card used to make your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The original shipping fee ($6 US) will be deducted from the refund for any order.  Please allow 5-7 days for your refund to be processed. Depending on your credit card company's processing times, it can take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All sale items can be returned for store credit.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, color), you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.  We will then determine if you are eligible for a full refund, exchange or credit and we will provide you with a prepaid label. After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 14 or 30 day policy described above. Damaged items must be unworn, repacked in the original packaging it came in.

PRICING AND PROMOTIONS:

We reserve the right to adjust the pricing of our items at anytime, without any notice. Sales, coupon codes or promotions cannot be applied retroactively to orders once purchased.

Only one coupon code can be used per transaction.

Sales tax applies to all Washington residents.

JEWELRY CARE


Gold plating does not last forever. Please handle the jewelry with care by storing neatly and keeping away from perfume, hair styling products and body lotions. Some people’s natural body chemistry or place of habitation may oxidize or change the color of the plating. Do not wear your items in the shower, to the gym or the beach.  Unfortunately because of the personal nature of jewelry being worn, we can not give refunds or exchanges due to tarnishing after 30 days of your order. 

 APPAREL CARE


Follow wash directions as labeled on the item.  Please note we do not accept any returns after an item has been washed or worn.
